Successful urban regeneration schemes have included Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds, Liverpool and Newcastle. Eco-responsible initiatives in Manchester, Salford, Preston, Croydon and Lincoln have been promoted successfully.

Neil has also provided the vision and successful implementation of a media and PR tourism strategy for the North West.

He has a strong track record of working with high-achieving clients including Sir Terence Conran and Wayne Hemingway MBE. Also, worked with North West Development Agency, Cumbria Tourist Board, New East Manchester Ltd, The Conran Group, Youth Hostel Association, the London Dungeon, Blackpool Tower & Winter Gardens and Granada Leisure.

Selected past work includes regeneration projects in the historic North Laines heritage area in Brighton, the £50m restoration and conversion of historic Royal Mills in Manchester, writing and implementing the national PR strategy and media campaign for tourism in the North West for the North West Tourism Board, a £40m-value PR and media campaign for Cumbria Tourist Board, which saw the Lake District record its best visitor numbers for five years.

Current projects include the £350m restoration and conversion of iconic West End skyscraper Centre Point, promoting Futako Tamagawa, a Conran masterplan for Tokyo’s biggest construction project, PR strategies for the construction of 3,000+ social housing units across London and the South East, social marketing campaigns and public engagements on behalf of Salford NHS Trust and Croydon Council.
